The Vantage Health Plan provides employee benefit coverage for a broad range of global health expenses. Contact us today for more information.
Large organizations, professional corporations, and small business owners use our Health Plan to provide comprehensive health, dental and vision care benefits to both employees and their dependents on a tax-free basis. While providing these flexible benefits, this plan also allows the employer the full ability to utilize these as tax-deductible business expenses.
Who Provides the Health Plan Administration?
As an employee benefit plan administrator, Vantage Benefit is under special contract to many large and small organizations across Canada to oversee and manage their health services plans. As part of this process, we adjudicate all employee health care claims to ensure full compliance with the Canada Revenue Agencies requirements. Some of these regulations are very stringent and a failure to meet these requirements may result in the disqualification of all company claims. At no charge to you, we will speak directly to the CRA on your behalf if a dispute should arise concerning your plan. We also ensure these claims are in-line with the company’s own internal policies and spending limit authorizations.
Who is Eligible to Enroll in Our Health Plan?
Any organization that has employees and dependents as defined in the Income Tax Act of Canada. The definition of dependent under our plan is much broader than most traditional dental or extended health care providers.
