The WSA focuses directly on overall personal health and wellness and includes everything from fitness club memberships, and fitness equipment, to insurance premiums and even financial planning and tax planning costs. Based on your company’s overall plan design and objectives, you determine the amounts to spend each and every year. Who Provides the Wellness Account Registration and Administration? The Wellness Account claim process is designed to be quick and convenient for everyone to use. The employer confirms the annual funding levels. Because of the types of items covered under this arrangement, the wellness account expenses are normally classified as a taxable benefit to the employee. In terms of billing, this is a “pay-as-you-go” plan. Once you provide your employee eligibility and credit allocation information, we administer the account completely for you.
